INTRODUCING THE 'MY WAY' BOOK SERIES                       

Welcome to my Web-site. In the next few pages I will be telling you about myself and the self-help books I have written.

The 'MY WAY' book series are 10 Step, Self-Help Guides, to help you live with, and understand, the emotional problems you are experiencing. They have been written in a short, condensed version so that they can be read in under two hours. I know, from personal experience, that when problems arise in a relationship, you want to put it right immediately, in order to lessen the emotional chaos you are living with. My hope is that you will be able to use my strategy immediately!

My first book was published in November, 2005. This book was written to share with you a strategy, I developed for myself, to help me through a difficult period in my personal relationship. This strategy has been used extensively, when working with people, who were having relationship problems, but did not want to separate or divorce. 

It is my intention to write a collection of these self-help books and, eventually, have them published as one complete manual.
