Q: How long did you take to absorb the strategy in your book 'MY WAY' to help you live in a difficult relationship?

A: I started the strategy immediately. I needed to stay alert in order to change my   reponses to my partner and that made me feel really tired. The more I practiced the strategy, the easier it became. It took me about 2 months to really get going without feeling tired.

Q: Can I share the book with my partner?

A: I wouldn't advise you to do that. The reason for this is that, to have maximum benefit only one of you can, realistically, change at any one time. If both of you read the book and adopt the strategy, then you will both be changing and not connecting. Let your partner read the book at a later date. Explain why you don't want him to read it just now.

Q: I am really unhappy and could relate to your book. I don't want to separate or divorce but want to enjoy my relationship with my partner... without him controlling me all the time. Would it be possible to join your Chat Room so that I can get some support whilst employing this strategy?
